Manage your local branch
Select the right workspace before updating records.
Use the organization selector to switch branches. Branch links include an address such as Poblacion or San Jose. Shared customer and ticket links open the matching branch.
The overview shows active customers, pending proofs, open tickets, and monthly clients, paid accounts, collections, expenses, and net profit.
Open your profile dropdown and choose Customer portal to view the selected branch’s customer experience. Help & guides in the sidebar opens this help center.
For a new organization, start with Set up your branch. For an existing team, use Daily branch work to review collections, requests, and service notices.
