Understand your connection and data usage
Read your plan, service status, and usage figures.
Open Overview in your customer portal. Check the account number and service area before reading the figures.
Your plan
The plan panel shows your plan name and speed in Mbps. Mbps describes a connection's data rate; the GB shown under Data usage describes the amount of data used. They measure different things.
The current plans display Unlimited data. The usage figure is informational and does not represent a remaining data allowance.
Data usage
Data usage shows a total for this billing cycle, a seven-day chart, and separate download and upload figures. Download refers to data received by your connection; upload refers to data sent from it.
In this preview, the total is a saved sample reading. The daily bars and download/upload split are illustrative. They do not measure your router or run a speed test. Live reporting will be documented when connected.
Connection status
| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| Online | No active outage notice is recorded for this account. Report a problem if your connection is not working. |
| Outage | Read the active notice and follow updates from your provider. |
| Suspended | Contact the provider to confirm the reason and reactivation requirements. |
| Pending installation | Ask your local team about the installation schedule. Billing is not yet available. |
The displayed status comes from the account record and published notices. It is not a live check of your equipment in the preview.
Question a reading or plan detail
Create a support request with your account number, the figure or plan detail you are asking about, and when you noticed it. Staff can review your account. The customer portal does not offer a plan-change control yet.
