Maintenance and service updates
Follow notices affecting your connection.
Open Updates for branch announcements. Active outage and maintenance notices may also appear on the overview.
Providers can address the whole branch or selected subscribers. You see updates addressed to your account. Resolved outages remain available with their restoration status.
Select the bell for notices, payment updates, and public support replies. Mark all read clears the indicator for the current page session.
In Account, enable Billing reminders or Maintenance and outage alerts. Device push delivery is awaiting setup; the current preview displays updates inside the portal.
